基隆市一名男子大前天喝醉後與女友吵架，暴怒之下失去理智，竟拿剪刀喀嚓一聲剪斷自己的「命根子」，還隨手丟進馬桶沖掉，女友根本來不及制止，發現他下體血流不止送醫，經緊急搶救，其生殖器只剩三公分，連陰囊都不見了，只剩排尿功能，他清醒後無法相信自己竟成了太監，情緒失控大吼大叫，其女友則含淚雙手合十禱告，以台語說：「去了了啊！」

據了解，自宮男子年約四十六歲、家住基隆市，大前天下午他一直喝酒遭女友責罵，兩人因此起口角，他情緒失控拿起剪刀，脫下褲子毫不猶豫剪斷自己的命根子，還隨手將剪下來的生殖器丟進馬桶沖掉。
女子發現男友下體鮮血直流，嚇得幫醉醺醺的男友穿上褲子送醫，其男友到院時已失血過多陷入昏迷，醫護人員先幫忙急救止血，再將患者轉往長庚醫院。

醫師指出，男子生殖器長度只剩三公分，連陰囊都不見，且切口平整，「行醫二十年第一次碰到這樣的狀況」。

醫師表示，如果男子剪下的生殖器沒丟馬桶沖掉，生殖器在常溫下六小時內，還能動手術接回，目前男子生命跡象穩定，未來生殖器還能順利排尿。
